At this stage of community development, human resources have come to the forefront as the main capital. The quality of human resources is directly dependent on the quality of the offered education services. As educators we like no one else understand, in these services not only what is taught, but how it is taught is also very important. That is, a quality education means quality knowledge and effective teaching-learning methods. That is why, with the development of science, education continues to be one of the most important areas of human activities and the teachers are one of the most needed professionals. Based on this, we always follow the world innovations and experiences, and give great to our national achievements, too.
